Introducing Press Release Collaboration

Category: Product Updates

Invite teammates to co-edit your press release drafts, leave inline comments, and review changes with a word-level diff. Collaboration is now built into 24HRPR.

Press releases rarely get written by one person alone. There's a founder, a marketing lead, an agency contact, maybe a legal reviewer. Until now, coordinating all of those people meant email threads, shared Google Docs, and version confusion. We built a better way.

Invite Up to 5 Collaborators

From any press release draft, you can invite up to 5 people by email to collaborate. Invited collaborators can edit the content and leave comments. They don't need to be existing 24HRPR users, but they'll need to sign in to access the draft.

Word-Level Diff View

When a collaborator makes edits, the draft owner sees an amber banner the next time they open the draft. Clicking it opens a word-level diff view that shows exactly what changed, word by word, in a clean side-by-side format. You can review every change before accepting or revising.

Inline Comments

Collaborators and owners can leave inline comments on any part of the draft. Comments support back-and-forth replies, so feedback stays attached to the relevant section instead of drifting into a separate channel.

Shared Drafts on the Dashboard

Collaborators now see the drafts they've been invited to on their own dashboard and Drafts page. No more "can you send me the link again?" from every team member.

Email Notifications

When a collaborator makes edits or leaves a comment, the relevant parties get an email notification. Stay in the loop without having to check the platform constantly.

Collaboration is live now for all users. Try it at 24hrpr.com.
