Better Emails, Cleaner Billing: The Details That Matter

Category: Product Updates

Plan-specific confirmation emails, low-credit alerts, a consistent reply-to address, and cleaner pitch email formatting. Small changes that make a real difference.

Some improvements don't make headlines but make everyday use of the platform noticeably better. This round focused on the email and billing details that come up constantly: the confirmation email when you buy a plan, the warning when your campaigns are running low, and the quality of the pitch emails you send to journalists.

Plan-Specific Purchase Confirmations

When you purchase a Starter, Growth, Momentum, or Agency plan, you now receive a confirmation email tailored to that specific plan. It tells you exactly how many campaigns you have, how many journalist email sends are included, and when your credits expire. No more generic "thank you for your purchase" with no useful details.

Low-Credit Alert Emails

If your campaigns are running low, you'll now receive an automatic email before you run out. The alert tells you how many campaigns remain and makes it easy to add more before your next announcement. No more hitting a wall mid-campaign.

Consistent Reply-To Address

All transactional emails from 24HRPR now use support@24hrpr.com as the reply-to address. If you reply to any email from us, including purchase confirmations, onboarding emails, or credit alerts, your message will go directly to our support team.

Cleaner Pitch Emails

Pitch emails generated by the AI now include your sender name automatically and have been updated to remove em dashes that sometimes appeared in AI-generated text. The resulting emails are cleaner and more professional, with no formatting artifacts to clean up before you hit send.

The details matter, especially when you're representing your company to journalists. Try 24HRPR at 24hrpr.com.
